Products and Services
Velvet Bombshells may offer physical merchandise, digital products, classes, workshops, experiences, and performance tickets. Product descriptions, images, prices, availability, schedules, and other information may be updated without notice.
We make reasonable efforts to display product colors and details accurately, but colors may vary depending on your screen and device.
Orders and Payment
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless stated otherwise. Applicable taxes, shipping charges, and other fees will be shown during checkout.
Submitting an order does not guarantee acceptance. We may decline or cancel an order because of inventory errors, pricing errors, suspected fraud, payment problems, or other reasonable circumstances. If we cancel a paid order, we will refund the affected amount to the original payment method.
Physical Merchandise

Digital Products
Digital products are licensed for the purchaser’s personal, noncommercial use unless the product description states otherwise.
Digital products may not be copied, resold, shared, distributed, published, or used commercially without written permission from Velvet Bombshells.
Because digital content cannot ordinarily be returned after delivery or access, digital purchases are final sale except where the content is defective, inaccessible because of an issue caused by us, or a refund is required by law.
Classes and Workshops
Class and workshop registrations are reserved for the date and time selected during purchase. Registrations are nonrefundable unless Velvet Bombshells cancels the class or applicable law requires otherwise.
Failure to attend, late arrival, or removal for unsafe or disruptive conduct does not qualify for a refund.
Schedules, instructors, and locations may change when reasonably necessary. If Velvet Bombshells cancels a class, registrants will be offered a rescheduled session, account credit, or refund.
Participants are responsible for following posted safety instructions and informing the instructor of relevant physical limitations or medical concerns. Participation is voluntary and involves ordinary risks associated with movement and dance activities.
Performance Tickets
Performance-ticket purchases are final and nonrefundable unless the performance is canceled, postponed, or rescheduled and a refund is required under applicable law.
Tickets may not be reproduced or resold commercially without permission. Lost, copied, or unauthorized tickets may be refused.
Velvet Bombshells may change performers, programs, seating arrangements, or venue details when reasonably necessary. Entry may be refused for unsafe, abusive, illegal, or seriously disruptive conduct.
Intellectual Property
The Velvet Bombshells name, logo, photographs, videos, graphics, written content, choreography recordings, downloads, and website materials are owned by or licensed to Velvet Bombshells.
You may not reproduce, modify, sell, distribute, scrape, publish, or commercially exploit our content without prior written permission.
Acceptable Use
